Unni Mukundan starrer ‘Meppadiyan’: What to expect
Unni Mukundan is reprising the role of the main lead after a long time and the movie is releasing after it was put on hold for a while due to pandemic-induced lockdown.
The film, which is said to be based on true events is written and directed by Vishnu Mohan and is expected to be a complete family entertainer.
Though smatterings of comic elements might appear here and there, the plot seems to be predominantly revolving around some serious issues the protagonist faces.
The countryside with a rustic hue might provide a serene and peaceful ambience and may transport the viewers right into the middle of the drama.
Anju Kurian, Aju Varghese, Indrans, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Major Ravi appear in prominent roles in the film.
The movie produced by Unni Mukundan Films Pvt Ltd. has Neil D’Cunha as its DOP and Shameer Muhammad as the editor. Rahul Subramanian scores the music and tunes the songs penned by Ajeesh Dasan and Joe Paul.
It may not be a highly thrilling drama but it would be nevertheless an interesting tale that might carry the viewers along with the story absorbingly.
