Film Stars Nivin Pauly joins Sunny Leone, Shruti Haasanat Dubai’s Filmfare Achievers night
Bollywood actress to join a bevy of stars from India, Pakistan and Arab world next month
Bollywood star Nora Fatehi and Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly are the latest celebrity names to join the Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night awards, which will be held in the UAE on October 28 at The Meydan Hotel.
Fatehi, who impressed fans with her dance moves in films such as ‘Street Dancer 3D’ and songs that include ‘Dilbar’ (‘Satyameva Jayate) and ‘Kamariya’ (‘Stree’), is bound to show off her skills at the glittering event in Dubai.
Fatehi will join Malayalam cinema’s talented star Nivin Pauly who impressed fans with his role in the 2012 hit ‘Thattathin Marayathu’, followed by 2014’s ‘Bangalore Days’. The talented stars will join the podium in Dubai with Bollywood actors Aysuhmann Khurrana and Sunny Leone who will also attend the Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night.

Several other big names from Bollywood who are attending as well include Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Shefali Shah, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shruti Haasan and Gulshan Grover.
The Bollywood star wattage will also dial up further with talents such as Urvashi Rautela, Zareen Khan, Sunil Grover, Maniesh Paul (who will serve as host), singer Udit Narayan, singer Tulsi Kumar, singer Kanika Kapoor who are also confirmed to attend the glittering event.
Indian model-actress Walushca De Sousa will also be the co-host on the night, while designer to the stars Manish Malhotra will also be in attendance.
Other notable names attending include Omani actress Buthaina Al Raisi, Iraqi singer Sattar Saad and tennis ace Sania Mirza.
The awards night will celebrate and honour the best in Bollywood, Pakistan and the Arab world. Ticket details to be revealed soon.

FIR filed against Ranveer Singh for nude photoshoot after lawyer complains he ‘insulted modesty of women’
An FIR was filed against actor Ranveer Singh for posting nude picture of himself on Instagram from a recent magazine photoshoot
Chembur police have registered a case against actor Ranveer Singh for posting nude pictures on his Instagram account. Ranveer has been booked under section 292 (dealing with obscene materials falls within this exception thereby addressing the issue of public decency and morality), 293 (obscene objects to young person) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) including 67 (A) of the Information Technology act.
The written application was submitted at the Chembur police station by a Mumbai based lawyer Vedika Chaubey. Chaubey alleged in her complaint that actor has hurt the sentiments of women in the general and insulted their modesty through his photographs.
Ranveer Singh, a recipient of several awards, is known for his roles in films like Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Gully Boy. Ranveer posed for international magazine Paper this month. The photoshoot, that showed him posing naked in a few pictures was met with some shock and some applause by his fans and celebrity friends.
Later, the NGO and a woman lawyer submitted separate complaints against the actor at Chembur police station. The application filed by the lawyer, a former journalist, had also demanded a case against Singh on the charge of intent to outrage the modesty of women, police earlier said.
In an interview to Paper Mag, Ranveer said, “I work f****** hard. I want to wear nice shit. Eat my f****** a**, I will wear nice f****** shit. I bust my balls, I work 20-hour days. I’m not complaining — I’m only too happy and too grateful — but I go f****** hard. I will f****** buy Gucci, I will wear it from head to toe. Anybody who judges me can eat my f****** a**.”
Ranveer was recently seen in Netflix’s interactive special Ranveer vs Wild with Bear Grylls which received a positive response from viewers. As far as films are concerned, he will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s next directorial film Cirkus with Jacqueline Fernandes and Pooja Hegde. The film is slated to release on the occasion of Christmas 2022.

Akshay Kumar starrer Mission Mangal, which was released in 2019, was one of the commercially successful films that year. Hindustan Times report claims that KTina actress was offered a role in the film but she turned down as she didn’t want to play the second fiddle in its ensemble cast. The film also starred Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, and Sonakshi Sinha in key roles.
Murder 4
Reportedly, a fourth film currently titled Murder 4 is stated to be under Vishesh Films production. As per the ABP report, Disha Patani was offered the lead role opposite Emraan Hashmi. However, she turned down the offer after considering Tiger Shroff’s advice.
Now Disha is gearing up for her next release Ek Villian Returns. In the film, she will be seen sharing the screen with John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, and Tara Sutaria for the very first time.
