Express Recipes: How to make Cheese Kachori



If you are a cheese person and love it in all your snacks, this recipe is perfect for you. Stuffed with paneer and Mozzarella cheese, these kachoris have a unique taste to them.

There are a few points to remember though. While making the kachoris, add cheese only when the stuffing cools down completely. Remember to roll out the kachoris very gently, keeping it thick. This recipe is good to make 10-12 kachoris and will take almost an hour.

For Dough:
Refined flour – 2 cup (250 grams)
Oil – 1/4 cup (60 grams)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds – 1/4 tsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
For stuffing:
Paneer – 75 grams
Mozzarella cheese – 75 grams
Capsicum – 1 (finely minced)
Green coriander – 3 to 4 tbsp (finely minced)
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
Green chilly – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch piece (Grated)
Salt – 1/4 tsp
